We will refund 90% of your booking fee as long as you provide us no less than 3 days notice prior to your scheduled shoot date. If you would like to (can you add would like to) cancel or refund less than 3 days, no refund will be issued.
Also if you want to change shooting to another city after we send the booking confirmation email to you, we can't refund to you, because the photographer will be loose their time.
We will clarify to you that we will use photos for social media when we sent booking confirmation email to you, but of course we are respect our costumer choice on whether to share, if you prefer to keep your photos private, please let us know, we won’t use for any social media.
Our photographers are ready to shoot in light rain and snowing, It’s actually will be very pretty to shoot in different way, but if it’s terrible weather, our photographer will contact you in advance. We will reschedule for you or if there is no ability to reschedule, we do offer a full refund.
The regular photo shoot we will adjust photo color, and customer usually wear more casual style, our photographer will show you around the city to take photos. For pre-wedding photo shoot it’s more for keep the memory for the marriage, our customer usually wear wedding dress and we will take a lot of photos for every single spot in a time. Also we will retouch the photos like skin, face or your body.
We will suggest sunrise in the morning time, the sun light will be more soft and also can avoid the crowd of tourist.

More than 3 days- 90% refund (Tax and process Fee are non-refundable.)
Less than 3 days- no refund will be issued.
Please text or email your photographer if you are delayed. If you arrive late, keep in mind you only have the remaining time length for your shoot. Your photographer may have another shoot booked right after, and it's unlikely your shoot can be extended. We strongly suggest arriving early because traffic in big cities can be unpredictable. (Especially in New York City, sometimes transportation systems are not reliable and traffic jams are frequent.)
We shoot rain or shine! Just bring your favorite umbrella. Umbrellas and rain-boots can make lovely accessories. If it’s raining in a ridiculous fashion, we are happy to reschedule (ridiculous weather clause). We are reasonable folks. :)
